OUR SCIENCE
Clean Air Europe’s air purification and food sanitation solutions are powered by RGF, a leader in advanced oxidation technology since 1985. It uses cutting-edge technologies to provide people and businesses around the world with the best air, without the use of chemicals. The oxidation process takes place completely organically, first in water, then in air.
More than 4 million units worldwide use RGF’s advanced oxidation technology.
What is photohydroionization?
Photohydroionization is the name given to the patented technology used indoors for installation in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Photohydroionization creates airborne hydrogen peroxide gas, which is highly effective in reducing viruses, bacteria, mold spores and odors in homes, offices and hospitals.
By combining UV light with advanced organic oxidation technology, the presence of airborne pollutants, various bacteria and viruses (including H1N1, MRSA, SARS-CoV-2 and e-coli) is incredibly reduced.
What are air purifiers?
Air purifiers are developed to help reduce the amount of unwanted and sometimes dangerous pollutants that can be found in the air.
At Clean Air Europe, we sell different types of air purifiers. Choose from a wide range of whole-house and stand-alone air purifiers.
AIR PURIFICATION TECHNOLOGIES USED
REME HALO® – Airborne hydrogen peroxide gas
Lucidium® – UV-C germicidal light
ClearSky® – Ionization
Microcon – HEPA (high-efficiency particle filtration)
Microcon – Gas-phase activated carbon air filtration
Airmation® – High-efficiency, high-flow air filtration
Why should I purify the air?
Clean indoor air is good for your health and can help prevent illness. Thanks to our advanced air purification systems, you can be sure of clean, organically purified air.
The reason why you should clean the air is obvious: because most people spend most of their time (90%!) indoors. But they don’t realize that the air they breathe indoors is often more polluted than the air in open spaces. So, for everyone’s health and well-being, it’s essential to manage and improve indoor air quality.
According to data from the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, 50% of illnesses are caused or aggravated by polluted indoor air. If the air is full of pollutants, they can cause headaches, lung irritation, asthma, allergies and fatigue. Meanwhile, microbes can cause disease and infectious illness.
By installing air purifiers in your existing heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems or as stand-alone units, you reduce the amount of pollutants and microbes in the air, and therefore the risk of getting sick.
